The building in which Café Eiles is located was built in 1840. The 19 huge windows and the typical Viennese coffee-house atmosphere made this place one of the most beloved ones back in the days and this hasn’t changed ever since. When Gert and Nana Kunze took over Café Eiles, the traditional coffee house started a marvellous revival. The attentive staff and the excellent quality of food and drinks attract a very diverse audience, indeed. Doubtless, Café Eiles has become one of the hotspots of the 8th Viennese district, the Josefstadt again!
